Yongchang Intelligent Equipment (Nantong) Co., Ltd. and Nantong Yongchang CNC Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. are located in Nantong, which is separated from Shanghai by the Yangtze River in the Yangtze river delta, with convenient transportation and obvious regional; advantages.
Established in May 2017, the Company’s plant covers an area of 40,000m2, including one processing workshop and three assembly workshops, all of which meet the industry standards. Formerly known as Nantong Xinchang CNC Machine Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Nantong Xinhong Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the Company has more than ten years of production and sales experience in CNC machine tools. With mature technology, standardized management, and stable sales channels, the Company mainly produce more than ten kinds of CNC machine tools, including ordinary gantry milling machine, CNC moving beam gantry milling machine, CNC fixed beam gantry milling machine, CNC gantry machining center, CNC fixed beam gantry surface grinder, and CNC fixed beam gantry guide rail grinder.
The Company has mechanical manufacturing equipment and a complete R&D team. Adhering to the quality concept of “users first, quality first, seek perfection and all staff involvement”, the Company constantly forges and improves the quality of “Yongchang” machine tools. We imported a series of assembly parts from Taiwan and Taiwan-made gantry milling machines, guide rail grinders and other professional equipment to achieve high processing quality of product parts. We relentlessly promote total quality management and establish a sound quality management system. We have passed the ISO9001 quality certification system and obtained the export product quality license.
All CNC machine tools manufactured by the Company are made of HT250 cast iron with strong structure and good rigidity, which are widely used in machinery manufacturing and mold manufacturing.
