The fixed differential adjustable flow valve is used to adjust the floating amount of the workbench, so as to realize that the floating amount is basically the same under different load conditions, which greatly reduces the power of the main hydraulic station. The system has the characteristics of large bearing capacity, reliable and stable work, energy saving and environmental protection.

2. The beam is equipped with drag plate and grinding head. The drag plate moves laterally along the beam guide rail, and the grinding head moves vertically along the drag plate. The steel-mounted guide rail on the beam moves in conjunction with the dovetail rolling guide block on the drag plate, making the guide rail wear-resistant and light-moving.

3. The table longitudinally moves the right hydraulic drive. It can be infinitely adjustable and the movement is stable.

4. The grinding head adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, and the grinding head spindle is equipped with NSK precision rolling bearings or optional dynamic and static pressure bearing bearing structure.

5. The vertical and lateral feed movements of the grinding head are driven by the AC servo system to ensure that the ball screw micro feed is accurate, the periodic feed is flexible, and the fast feed is stable.
