Hydrostatic rail hydraulic station

The fixed differential adjustable flow valve is used to adjust the floating amount of the workbench, so as to realize that the floating amount is basically the same under different load conditions, which greatly reduces the power of the main hydraulic station. The system has the characteristics of large bearing capacity, reliable and stable work, energy saving and environmental protection.

Main fuel tank

Unique structure, temperature rise does not exceed 15 °C, no need to install a cooling device; The system can realize shock-free commutation and smooth commutation; The power required by the main oil pump motor is only 11kw; The system has the characteristics of stable and reliable, low noise, energy saving and environmental protection.

Dynamic and static grinding head hydraulic station

The horizontal grinding head adopts the dynamic and static pressure bearing structure, which has high motion accuracy, no wear, long life, small starting power and large bearing capacity and good vibration resistance at high speed of the dynamic pressure bearing. The hydraulic station adopts constant pressure device to supply oil to the dynamic and static pressure grinding head, which has the characteristics of stable pressure, low noise and low temperature rise.
